Annual Tuition Payment Options: $6300 if paid in full by August 20. $6400 if paid in 2 payments of $3200 by August 20 and Jan 20. $6500 if paid in 10 monthly payments of $650. After School Tuition: $45 Per month- Mornings 7:00-8:45am $75 Per month-Afternoons 2:45-6:00pm Other Elementary Fees: Application fee (non-refundable) $60 Tuition Deposit $650 –applied towards your last months tuition after completion of school year. Annual re-enrollment fee $60 Due by March 1 Annual materials fee $100 Due by August 20 Optional school lunch $3.00 per day Occasional child care $6 per hour (Billed in one hour increments) 10% sibling discount for 2nd child. 5% sibling discount for 3rd child. Occasional field trip fees billed at the time of the event.
	Tuition Policies
	Tuition payments are due on the 20th of the month prior. Late charges of 5% are charged to accounts that have not been paid by the 1st of the month. There are no reductions for illness, scheduled holidays or vacations. Families who have been enrolled for at least six months are eligible for prorated vacation time for up to two weeks. The school year runs September through June. Summer session is July and August. Families may enroll for the school year only, or for both. Tuition is charged monthly. For families wishing to pay the year in full (at least 10 months) a 6% discount will be applied to tuition. Families who enroll siblings receive a 10% discount for the younger child. A deposit and registration fee is required at the time of enrollment. Registration fees are nonrefundable. The deposit is applied to the last month of enrollment. A written notice 30 days in advance is required for withdrawal. For families who withdraw for summer only, a nonrefundable holding fee is charged and will be applied to September’s tuition.

Waiting List Information Both Parkcenter and Eagle Montessori often have a waiting list for enrollment. To get on our waiting list, please call the school you would like to visit and schedule a tour. Tour days will vary by school. At the end of your tour, you will be invited to fill out a waiting list form and pay a non-refundable registration fee ($60) and a refundable deposit ($100). If you decide for whatever reason you would like to be removed from the waiting list, your deposit is refundable but the registration fee is not. Your deposit will be applied to your last month tuition with our school. Please open and download this Waitlist Application and mail or fax it to us with your Waitlist check for $160.00.
